Light electrical
Light fixture replacement, receptacles and switches replacement, dryer receptacles, exterior light replacement and installation, ceiling fans and more.
General repairs
Temporary off-hours repairs (weekends and late hours).
Call us and we will be there.
ADA grab bars, door hardware, leaky ceilings, drywall repairs, and more.

Off-hours rate $95.00 per hour (3 hours minimum charge) + materials.
Light plumbing
Toilet replacement, under sink drain replacement, shut-off valve replacement, faucets replacement and more.
We provide seller and buyer punch-out list as well.
We offer oil tank and boiler removal (ask for an estimate). Some townships require proper disposal paperwork for oil tanks.
